555tk Terms and Conditions

1 Introduction and Definitions

555tk ("we", "our", or "the platform") provides an online gaming and betting service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 555tk website, mobile version and all associated services.

The key terms used in this document are defined below:

• "User" or "Member" — any person who has registered on or is using the 555tk platform.
• "Account" — a member's own personal gaming account on 555tk.
• "Balance" — the amount of funds held in a member's account, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

2 Eligibility and Registration

To open an account on the 555tk platform and use its services, a member must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. This platform is for those aged 21 and above only.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and up to date.
• Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The member will operate the account in their own name and for themselves — not on behalf of anyone else.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a contract under your own legal rights and capacity.

2.1 Registration Process

At the time of registration, the member must provide a valid username, password and contact details. Keeping the password confidential is solely the member's responsibility. Any suspected unauthorised access or security breach must be reported to 555tk support immediately.

3 Account Management

It is the member's own responsibility to keep their account secure and active. 555tk expects the following to be observed:

• Account information must always be kept up to date and accurate.
• Login credentials — username and password — must never be shared with any third party.
• Funds or bonuses held in the account may not be transferred to a third party.
• 555tk reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if fraudulent activity is suspected.

3.1 Inactive Account Policy

An account will be considered inactive if there has been no login or transaction for 12 (twelve) months or more. For inactive accounts, 555tk reserves the right to apply a maintenance fee, which may be deducted from the account balance. If the balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

555tk processes transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200 (two hundred taka).
• Deposited funds must come only from the member's own payment account.
• Using a third party's payment account is strictly prohibited.
• Funds will be added to the balance only after the deposit transaction has been successfully verified.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment account used for the deposit.
• The withdrawal process typically takes 10 to 45 minutes to complete.
• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.
• The applicable wagering requirement must be met before a bonus balance can be withdrawn.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers from 555tk are provided under specific conditions. It is mandatory to read the relevant terms in full before claiming any bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000.
• A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.
• The bonus will be given only once and only at the time of the first deposit.
• Not all games can be played with bonus funds — restrictions may apply to certain games.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies only once per member, household, address, device or IP address.
• The applicable wagering condition must be met to cash out bonus funds.
• If the wagering condition is not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.
• 555tk reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found, the relevant bonus and winnings will be cancelled.

6 Gameplay and Fair Play

555tk is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all members. Our games are operated through top-quality game providers.

• The outcome of all games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is completely impartial.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error or server disruption, 555tk will not be liable for any winnings or losses.
• Using bots, automated software or artificial assistance during gameplay is prohibited.
• Participating in the same game from multiple accounts or colluding with other players is strictly prohibited.
• Respectful behaviour towards dealers and other members is mandatory in live games.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 555tk platform. Engaging in them may result in account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Opening an account with false or fraudulent information.
• Operating multiple accounts or claiming bonuses under multiple identities.
• Cheating or committing fraud to meet bonus conditions.
• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to hack, phish or compromise the security of the platform.
• Using automated bots or software for advantage gameplay.
• Using a third party's account or payment method.
• Engaging in harassing, offensive or threatening behaviour towards other members or staff.

8 Privacy and Security

555tk gives the highest priority to protecting members' personal information. Our platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure.

• The collection, storage and processing of a member's personal information is governed by our privacy policy.
• A member's information is not sold to third parties. However, information may be shared with relevant authorities due to legal obligations or to prevent fraud.

10 Limitation of Liability

• Delays or failures by third-party payment services.
• Temporary service interruption due to unplanned technical maintenance.
• Natural disasters, cyberattacks or other uncontrollable events.
• Account information leaked due to the member's own negligence.

In no circumstances will 555tk's potential liability exceed the balance held in the member's account at the time of the relevant incident.

11 Account Termination

555tk reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent, illegal or suspicious activity.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Bonus abuse or breach of terms.
• The member voluntarily requests to close their account.

If an account is closed, the valid balance (excluding any bonuses or suspicious transactions) will be returned to the member's registered payment method, unless an investigation is ongoing.

12 Terms Changes

555tk reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or through a notice on the platform.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as acceptance of the new terms.
• If a member does not agree to the new terms, they may request to close their account.
